DIRECTIONS
Exit the M4 at junction 32. Head towards Merthyr Tydfil on A470, exiting at the turn off for Caerphilly A468. Continue along the A468 until reaching Penrhos roundabout. Take the 2nd exit sign posted Newport. Head straight over the Trecenydd roundabout. Upon reaching the the final roundabout (Pwllypant), take the 3rd exit. The spa is on your right, just after the Cedar Tree Public House.
